i had issues with the breakfast service it was poorly managed getting coffee took twenty minutes the hot food station was frustrating especially since simple orders like fried eggs were not executed well after a long wait the eggs looked like an omelette it was not a relaxing start to the day

The room they gave me felt quite small. the floor plan seemed like a strange, truncated triangle with a tiny wash area at the entrance. It was the smallest room i've ever stayed in. Opening my suitcases on the bed felt unhygienic, but there was nowhere else to put them, and there weren't enough hooks for wet coats. The concierge didn't seem interested in my complaints and claimed they were fully booked, but i reserved the room seven months earlier. the service charge they tacked on was frustrating, given the mediocre service.
