The hotel is in a perfect location near shopping and dining. The rooms demonstrate great attention to detail. Every guest need is carefully considered and met. The rooms have underfloor heating, a great minibar, and an extensive room service menu. The design is stylish. Service is amazing.

the hotel's location was acceptable near bond street station

i had issues with the breakfast service it was poorly managed getting coffee took twenty minutes the hot food station was frustrating especially since simple orders like fried eggs were not executed well after a long wait the eggs looked like an omelette it was not a relaxing start to the day

The room they gave me felt quite small. the floor plan seemed like a strange, truncated triangle with a tiny wash area at the entrance. It was the smallest room i've ever stayed in. Opening my suitcases on the bed felt unhygienic, but there was nowhere else to put them, and there weren't enough hooks for wet coats. The concierge didn't seem interested in my complaints and claimed they were fully booked, but i reserved the room seven months earlier. the service charge they tacked on was frustrating, given the mediocre service.

The room i got, a superior double room, had a strange layout. It felt cramped. opening my suitcase on the bed was the only option. also the service charge felt forced considering the breakfast wasn't great, i'm not sure i will come back
